Despite the difficult situation in the economy, Codex and other companies of Prekmurje region rejoined their forces and raised 94,000 € to aid the Murska Sobota General Hospital in the purchase of medical equipment for the needs of intensive care patients with Covid-19.
The director of the hospital, Bojan Korošec, said that all the funds raised would be used to purchase additional medical ventilators, which, given that they are currently the busiest hospital in the country in terms of capacity, they urgently need. He is aware that companies are currently in a very difficult economic situation, so he is extremely proud and grateful that we responded immediately and came to the aid of Pomurje healthcare.
