Sample table according to ISO 2859

Accoring to the supplied quantity of bearings the institution has received, a certain number, defined by the table, of bearings are randomly selected and designated for testing.

Supposing that the sample quantity is 10.000 bearings. From that quantity 80 pieces are randomly picked out in the laboratory, where they are tested in accordance with the three levels mentioned above. From this table it is evident that on the first level of testing (AQL 0.01) each piece being tested has to satisfy all three conditions.

On the second level of testing (AQL 1.0), the acceptable failure is 2 pieces among all tested bearings. On the third level of testing, the acceptable failure is 7 pieces.
